LOCAL RADIO SHOW HITS THE AIRWAVES
Lake Erie Speedway has put together the
regions first racing radio show covering all types of racing. A
one-half hour show will be broadcast live from Jamestown, NY on WHUG
101.9 from 7:00pm-7:30pm. The show will cover all levels of racing
from the Nextel Cup circuit and local asphalt report to the area
dirt tracks.
The program called “Dodge Let’s Talk
Racing, Dirt to Asphalt” will be hosted by Bill Dorrion, local
Jamestown on air talent. The show will have live interviews from
local racing celebrities, a Chub Frank report, hot racing tips and
special offers.
The same racing show will also be tape
delayed every Tuesday in the Ashtabula Market on WFUN 970 from
6:07pm-6:37pm, Erie Market on WRIE 1260 from 6:00pm-6:30pm and in
the Dunkirk/Fredonia Market on WBKX 96.5 from 7:00pm-7:30pm.
“This is a great opportunity for us to
promote racing in the tri-state region,” stated Joe
Lewandoski, General Manager for Lake
Erie Speedway. “We’re in this game to make Lake Erie Speedway more
successful than it has been in the past. This is a great tool to be
able to do that.”
