For Immediate Release
Mike Leaty and his #25 MPL Motorsports have a new primary
sponsor on board for their 2008 campaign – the US Army. “It is
going to be an honor to represent the US Army and all of the men and women
in uniform protecting our nation this season. I am happy that they
have chosen to support MPL Motorsports in 2008 and I can’t wait to begin
what I hope is a long-term relationship,” said Leaty.
The US Army joins major associate sponsors Rochester Steel Treating and
Wittenberg University on the #25 Modified. In addition Northeast
Industrial Technologies has signed on as a new associate sponsor for the
team. Northeast was previously involved as a sponsor last year at the Race
of Champions at Oswego Speedway and at the US Open at Dunn Tire
Raceway Park. “We are thrilled to have Northeast Industrial Technologies
back for the full 2008 season. They are longtime race fans and I am
proud to be able to represent their company on the track” said Leaty.

Oswego Speedway, Mahoning Valley, Wyoming County International Speedway,
Dunn Tire Raceway Park (formerly Lancaster Speedway), Chemung Speedrome,

include the Whelen Modified Tour 100 lap races at Spencer Speedway on July
12th and at Chemung Speedrome on October 4th, which closes out the
2008 season for the #25 Modified Team. Additional dates may be added as
the schedule allows.
